About me!




A holistic therapist acknowledges that the body, mind and spirit jointly constitute wellbeing or cause ill health. The equation of good or ill health also includes the interaction and relationship between nature, the cosmos and all human beings.

Anne originally graduated from the University of Cape Town as a ballet teacher and taught ballet for fifteen years. 
During that time she became intrigued with energy medicine, eventually qualifying and moving into Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, Kinesiology and Crystal Therapy. 
She then became interested in counselling and Life Skills Coaching, completing a one year counselling course and intensive six month Life Skills Advanced Diploma. She has worked as a volunteer at Lifeline since 2006. 
In 2009 she worked at LHA in Dharamsala, teaching massage to Tibetan Refugees. Anne  completed her studies in Therapeutic Nutrition and Herbalism in 2009 and is now registered with the Natural Healers Association of South Africa.
After practicing yoga for 10 years, in 2011 Anne returned to India to successfully qualify as a Yoga Teacher and is now registered with Yoga Alliance International as an experienced teacher (see Yoga Alliance ).She has her own studio as well as teaching at various gyms.
