About me!

"I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal at their own pace, and move towards greater wellbeing and fulfilment."

Anne began her professional journey after graduating from the University of Cape Town as a ballet teacher. She spent fifteen rewarding years teaching ballet, sharing her love of movement and creativity with her students. As her career evolved, Anne felt called to explore new challenges and developed a deep interest in the helping professions. This led her to work part-time as a sports massage therapist before eventually leaving teaching to dedicate herself fully to therapeutic practice.

Her fascination with energy medicine inspired her to expand her skills, incorporating Reiki, Kinesiology, and Crystal Therapy into her work. As clients began releasing deeply held stress and trauma during sessions, Anne recognized the importance of being able to hold a safe and supportive space for their healing journeys. To deepen her understanding and better support her clients, she completed a one-year counselling course, followed by an intensive six-month Life Skills Advanced Diploma.

From 2006 to 2009, Anne volunteered with Lifeline, providing support and guidance to those in need. In 2009, she travelled to Dharamsala, India, where she volunteered with LHA, teaching massage therapy to Tibetan refugees. This experience further strengthened her commitment to service and holistic healing.

In pursuit of professional registration as a holistic therapist, Anne completed a year-long course in Therapeutic Nutrition and Herbalism and became registered with the Natural Healers Association of South Africa.

Always passionate about personal growth and learning, Anne fulfilled a long-held dream in 2011 when she returned to India to complete a Yoga Alliance-accredited Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course. She began teaching yoga in local gyms before opening her own studio in 2016. Alongside her teaching, Anne continued her studies in Kriya Yoga under the guidance of Swami Shankarananda and was awarded her certification as a Kriya Yoga Teacher in February 2020.

Today, Anne brings together her extensive experience in movement, therapeutic bodywork, energy healing, counselling, nutrition, and yoga to support her clients in achieving greater balance, wellbeing, and personal transformation.
